Rongzhi College Has Established a Cooperative Relationship with
Ural National Chiao Tung University (Russia)
At 10 o’clock in the morning of May 22, 2018, a delegation from theUral National Chiao Tung University, Russia, visited our school to discuss the cooperation between the two universities. The discussion meeting on cooperation was held in the meeting room No.1205. The first Vice President and the Vice President in charge of the international affairs of Ural National Chiao Tung University, Russia, and Director of Chinese-Russian College have attended the meeting. Ding Guanglong, Party Secretary of Rongzhi College, Wu Hua’an, Vice President of Rongzhi College, Shi Zhuanzhuan, Director of the International Cooperation and Exchange Office of Rongzhi College and Directors from the colleges have also attended the meeting.
Both have introduced the basic situation of the two universities at the meeting. The meeting proceeded in a friendly and pleasant atmosphere. Finally, the two universities reached consensus on mutual visits between teachers and students in terms of language learning, joint training and academic exchanges, etc. and signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Friendly Cooperation. Ural National Chiao Tung University, Russia, is the first Russian university with which we sign the memorandum. After the establishment of cooperative relationship with universities in countries like Thailand, Malaysia, Benin, the Republic of Mali, we have made another major breakthrough in communication and international cooperation with universities from the countries along the “Belt and Road”.
