This year marks the 101st anniversary of the May 4th movement and the 98th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Youth League of China. At present, the whole country has been experiencing a war against the epidemic. The youth members of our college also played a role as a fresh commando in the battle. They interpreted the May 4th spirit of “patriotism, progress, democracy and science” with their actions. During the epidemic prevention and control, Rongzhi received a series of letters of thanks from all over the country, in which they expressed gratitude and spoke highly of the students who had actively participated in the prevention and control of the epidemic. The warm letter of thanks and the certificate of honor in golden font bear witness to and record the mission and responsibility of Rongzhi students in the battale. For Rongzhi students, this is not only a reward and gratitude, but also the most beautiful “medal” on the way to fight against the epidemic.
At the critical moment, our students stood up to the danger with courage and responsibility to build a strong wall guarding against the epidemic. They took the overall situation into consideration, conscientiously bear their duties in mind, and took concrete actions to fulfill their original aspiration and mission. With their own practical actions, they have delivered a qualified answer to the epidemic prevention test.
New era gives new mission. In this battle, our young people bravely meet the challenge and withstood the hard test. The epidemic will become a touchstone and a testing ground for the growth of this generation of young people, inspiring them to carry forward the spirit of the May 4th Movement, to work hard and move forward.
