Recently, Chongqing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Office issued the “Chongqing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Office’s Notice on Setting up Municipal Post-doctoral Scientific Research Stations at 31 Units Including Chongqing Tongliang District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital” (Chongqing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Office [2020] no. 380). Our school is among the list of 31 units approved to set up the Postdoctoral Research Stationat Municipal Level, and is the only private college in Chongqing won this honor.
The successful application of setting up the postdoctoral research station is a full affirmation of our school’s work on talents and scientific research and other aspects. It will bring new and greater opportunities for our school’s talent training, talent introduction and talent reserve, and provide a new higher platform and greater impetus for the discipline construction of our school.
In recent years, our school has been working on promoting talents training and introduction, and the construction of key laboratory at municipal level, and has conducted a series of research, practice and application work on data mining and its integrated application to green development, ecological environment space, population, financial science and technology, and green supply chain, in areas centered on the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Region. This has turned out to be of important valuei n terms of economic development, social services and decision-making consultation.
Our school shall work on the construction of Postdoctoral Research Station at Municipal Level, and fully take the advantage of postdoctoral system in training high-level innovative talents, and promoting scientific and technological innovation as well as its commercialization in economy and society, laying a solid foundation for our goal of achieving “advancing to a higher level” during the period of the 14th 5-year plan of our school. This is hopefully to be done well under the guidance of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of both the Banan district level and Chongqing municipal level, the support of party committees of our school and the administrative organizations of personnel and scientific research of our school, and other relevant units including Chongqing Key Laboratory.
