Smooth Completion of the Task of Welcoming Junior College Graduates Continuing into College Courses

On September 18, the enrollment work of junior college graduates continuing into college courses of our school was successfully conducted and completed. More than 1400 new students completed the registration on September 17 and 18, and entered the school successfully, opening a new chapter in their lives.

In order to ensure the smooth enrollment of junior college graduates continuing into college courses in our school in 2020 and to accord with the unified requirements and deployment of the freshmen orientation work, the orientation staff of our school carried out the freshmen reception work with a safe, pragmatic and efficient attitude. The work of welcoming the newcomers was performed in an orderly manner, with all the works done well, including greenchannel, policy interpretation, procedures, on-site reception, information check, data release, dormitory arrangement, volunteer service, logistics support, work coordination, professional consultation and other related works.

On that day, school leaders visited each orientation site and inquired in detail about the registration work, orientation dynamics and difficulties encountered in orientation work, in an effort to further detail the tasks, to achieve overall consideration, to put into place all the preparatory work, and to express their appreciation of the works done by the teachers and student volunteers at the forefront. Finally, they gave full recognition to the orderly orientation work organized by each department and school, and encouraged them to further pay attention to details, to offer people-oriented and sincere service, and to do a good job in all aspects of the work of welcoming newcomers.

This orientation work has effectively enhanced the happiness of newcomers and demonstrated our school’s welcome and care for them. Wish all these students a new start in their life, continuing to progress in their academic studies, and move forward regardless of the hardships on the road ahead.
