At 14:30 on November 19th, 2020, the school-enterprise cooperation agreement was signed by professor SHEN Min (vice President of Rongzhi College of Chongqing Technology and Business University) and GONG Qiao (general manager of Human Resources Department of Wal-Mart Chongqing Department Store Co., Ltd) in the conference room 2303 of our school, the license conferred.
Present at the signing ceremony were LI Hongping, dean of the School of Economics of our school, LI Li, deputy director of the Office of Academic Affairs of our school, GAO Xuelian, deputy secretary of the General Party Branch of the School of Economics of our school, all the full-time teachers of the Trade and Economics Teaching and Research Office of the School of Economics of our school, and three human resource managers of Wal-Mart Chongqing Department Store Co., Ltd (FAN Mengsha, DU Qiaoli and YANG Rui). The two sides had an in-depth communication on course construction, ordering-list type training, internship and training, project cooperation and other aspects. Also, they further exchanged and discussed the future all-dimensional, systematic and multi-level school-enterprise cooperation.
At the meeting, vice President SHEN Min gave a speech to fully explain the development history, successful experience and future development direction of the industry-education integration of our school. He believed that the cooperation between the two sides would be a win-win cause for enterprises, schools and students as well. Meanwhile, he warmly welcomed the arrival of these professional managers of Wal-Mart Chongqing Department Store Co., Ltd. Then GONG Qiao, general manager of Human Resources Department of Wal-Mart Chongqing Department Store Co., Ltd, expressed his recognition of the industry-education integration mode explored by our school over the years. He believed that the in-depth cooperation with our school could effectively break down the barriers between the inbalanced supply and demand of talents, achieving resource sharing, mutual benefit, and better education mode of school-enterprise cooperation.
The signing of the school-enterprise cooperation agreement is a beneficial exploration on our road to continuous development of industry-education integration, which will surely promote our school’s cultivation of talents with good skills and high employability.
