For the full implementation of the “Master Plan for Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era” made by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, and “Measures to Deepen the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era” made by Chongqing Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, our school took an active part in this reform work and established a new teacher evaluation index system which is based on “five classification” (classified work, classified position, classified performance, classified level, classified achievement), in an effort to pay teachers according to their performance and contribution.
Recently, Chongqing Education Commission issued the “Notice on the Approval of Projects on the 2021 Chongqing Education Evaluation Reform at Pilot Units” (Chongqing Education Secretary (2021) No. 2), and our school was approved as one of the first batch of pilot units of education evaluation reform in Chongqing.
This project will help our school to build the teaching staff featuring “three love and five high” (“three love” means love campus, love students, love work, “five high” means high sentiment, high level knowledge, high integration, high yield, high income).
